Who are we?
We are Chartered Accountants operating from Brighton & Hove who specialise in the charity sector. We have extensive experience in the audit and independent examination of a wide range of charities throughout the UK.
What do we offer?
We specialise in the independent examination of small to medium sized charities with income ranging from £25,000 up to £500,000 and accounts preparation for all sizes of charity. We also offer our clients a wide range of other accountancy services and governance advice.
Do you require a responsible individual to examine your accounts? Are your filings at the Charity Commission, Companies House or OSCR overdue? Do you need us to prepare and/or file your accounts? Do you need us to register your charity? Our aim is to relieve your administrative burdens so you can focus on the reason you are running your charity. If you have any questions about how we can help you and your charity, just contact us!
How do we work?
We are friendly and approachable. We understand that governance and accounting requirements for charities can be daunting and that is where we come in.
We operate accurately and efficiently with a transparent fee structure. We work mainly online to keep fees low. Each client deals directly with a fully qualified charity specialist Chartered Accountant throughout to ensure a personalised professional service. Don't spend your time meeting the requirements of accounting and governance when we can do it for you. We believe that many charities find themselves restricted by reporting requirements. Don't worry! We can help. Read on Our Process about what we do, what we believe in and our pricing structure. What our clients say about us
We have excellent relationships with all our clients, but, don't just take our word for it.
When we asked Jo Garner of ChAPS (Cheshire Aspergers Parents Support) what we did well on her independent examination she said "everything" and that she was "very pleased" with the service provided. Andrew Penny from Caris Camden said that we "met their tight deadlines despite unforseen complications" and improved the format of their accounts.
